I met with other companies to discuss installing a heat pump. But meeting with the technician at Lawrence, it was immediately obvious that this was a company that was smart, customer-focused, exceptionally communicative and informative. I really appreciated that they thought about the project in terms of what was useful and most beneficial for me. Throughout the entire process, they were conscientious and responsive - following through with everything in a timely manner. The job was neat and well done. From the technicians to the office staff, everyone was pleasant, highly competent, and clearly willing to make the extra effort to be an excellent company.

I called Lawrence Air on a Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for an early Tuesday appointment. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and solve my problem with my central air very quickly. He explained everything and showed me the failed piece as well as the new piece to be installed.

We just had our boiler replaced by Lawrence Air Systems, and prior to that, they did a repair. Exceptional customer service, from the notifications (office) to the repair person to the person who inspected the system and provided a quote to the team that installed the new boiler. Each and every individual was pleasant, respectful and helpful. They took the time to explain things, kept on task while working and got the job done. Pricing was also reasonable. I would use them again without any hesitation.

The Lawrence Air Systems team did a great job from the initial consultation to the finished project. They uncovered problems with the existing HVAC that several other companies missed. The house feels properly heated for the first time since we moved in in 2010.I am certain that it will also feel properly cooled for the first time when the AC comes on. I am very satisfied with the Sales Dept., all of the techs, and the office personnel.
